Advanced Art girls were encouraged to research a famous woman artist of their choice and then create a piece of artwork in their artist’s style or subject matter (or otherwise inspired by her). Additionally, they were required to write a brief paper which included a biography about the artist and an explanation of how their work was related to the famous woman artist. (Apologies: I neglected to record their artist of influence when I initially created this page.)
