Advanced Art students were asked to create an illustration for one of their favorite books. Ideally, it would be a book which had NOT (yet) been made into a movie. They could choose their medium, as well as any scene from the book. Additionally, they had to write a brief paper which included biographical information about the author, a short synopsis of the book, and a reflective statement about why they chose this particular scene to illustrate.
